Kevin Moran, Associate Professor at Université Laval, CIRANO Researcher and Fellow, and Dalibor Stevanovic, Associate Professor at ESG UQAM, CIRANO Researcher and Fellow, will present the results of the CIRANO report "Incertitude macroéconomique canadienne : mesure, évaluation et effets sur l’investissement" (co-written with Adam Kader Touré).

Kevin Moran

Kevin Moran has a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester, NY. He is an associate professor at the Department of Economics at Université Laval, Quebec City. His main research interests include macroeconomics, monetary policy, learning effects in macroeconomics, and inflation expectations.

Dalibor Stevanovic

A CIRANO Researcher and Fellow since 2011, Dalibor Stevanovic is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the École des sciences de la gestion of the Université du Québec à Montréal. He also head of the Pole on Modeling at CIRANO. He is also co-holder of the Chair in Macroeconomics and Forecasting.

Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from Université de Montréal, his research interests are time series econometrics, automatic learning and massive data, with applications in macroeconomics and finance.

After a bachelor's and master's degree in economics from Université Laval in Quebec City, Dalibor Stevanovic obtained his doctorate under the supervision of Jean-Marie Dufour and Jean Boivin. He then did a postdoctoral fellowship as part of the Max Weber programme at the European University Institute in Florence.
