A great success for this first conference!

On April 29, Raquel Fonseca (ESG UQAM, CREEi, CIREQ & CIRANO) and Markus Poschke (McGill University, CIREQ & CIRANO), in collaboration with CIRANO, CIREQ, the Research Chair in Intergenerational Economics and the Fonds de recherche Société et Culture (FRQSC), organized the First Conference on New Research and Policy Perspectives on Inequality and Poverty.

The event highlighted one of the most pressing challenges of our time. Nine presentations and a round table covered a wide range of topics related to inequality and poverty.

Doctoral and post-doctoral students were also able to present posters of their research work and exchange views with the experts in the field!
