Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, President and CEO of CIRANO and professor at Polytechnique Montréal, participated in a round table discussion of the innovation track of the Institut du Nouveau Monde (INM) Summer School on the theme: "How to navigate through the major transitions in the world of employment".
The world of employment is changing more than ever. It is influenced by three major transitions: demographic, digital and ecological. To understand the changes underway and anticipate its evolution, it is necessary to understand the current factors that shape the world of employment and to focus on their impact on it.
She was accompanied by Daniel Normandin, Director of the Centre d'études et de recherches intersectorielles en économie circulaire (CERIEC) at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) and Mia Homsy, President and CEO of the Institut du Québec. The round table was moderated by Rose Lyndsay Daudier, Executive Director of Youth Fusion. They shared their respective visions on the issues and challenges generated by these transitions, as well as on innovative solutions to address them.
This journey was realized in collaboration with the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT) and the Comité consultatif Jeunes (CCJ).
This episode of Le Réverbère was produced in August 2021 in collaboration with the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
