CIRANO presented its projects to improve economic and financial literacy at the convention of the Association Québécoise des enseignants en univers social (AQEUS).
The event was held in Gatineau at the Université du Québec in Outaouais on October 11 and 12, 2018. The theme of the convention was "Learning in a social environment in a changing world".
During the convention, CIRANO presented the Bourstad program to high school teachers. The Bourstad program offers high school teachers a range of very flexible stock market simulations accessible at any time during the school year, and the opportunity to register students in the Bourstad challenge, a yearly event whose 32nd edition will be held from February 11 to April 12, 2019.
