Louise Roy, CIRANO Invited Fellow, has been appointed Officer of the Order of Canada, one of Canada's highest civilian honours, for her contributions as a role model and administrator in the field of corporate governance. Mrs. Roy will be invited to accept her insignia at a ceremony to be held at a later date.
