A look back at the Quebec and eco-taxation conference: Interviews

The Quebec and eco-taxation conference was a unique opportunity to present the full potential of ecofiscal measures to achieve the objectives of climate change fight and adaptation.

In this video, Jean-Philippe Meloche, Professor at Université de Montréal and CIRANO Fellow, Fanny Tremblay-Racicot Professor at École nationale d'administration publique (ÉNAP) and Director of the Centre de recherche sur la gouvernance (CERGO), Lyne Latulippe, Professor at Université de Sherbrooke and Sébastien Roy, General Director of the City of Varennes review the main issues discussed at the conference. 

 

 

Organized by CIRANO and CERGO, with the support of the Union des municipalités du Québec, the symposium brought together a dozen speakers from the municipal research world. About a hundred people were present throughout the day.
