The Conversation Canada article « Travail en mode hybride : mieux l’encadrer pour optimiser la satisfaction de tous » is based on Chapter 16 of Economic Quebec 10, co-authored by researchers Sylvie St-Onge (HEC Montréal and CIRANO), Ali Béjaoui (Université du Québec en Outaouais and CIRANO) and Camille Sauvé-Plante.

This chapter proposes a review of the literature on the variety of hybrid telework practices and their main advantages and limitations.

A field study is underway with our partners to evaluate the impact of different hybrid work modes on commitment, performance, satisfaction, etc.
