This study identifies and analyzes the challenges faced by public organizations in terms of the management of technological and application infrastructures. In addition, the practices deployed in order to : 1) overcome these issues, 2) extend the sustainability of these infrastructures, and 3) meet the challenges related to constant technological change have also been identified and analyzed.
