Biography

Justin Leroux holds a D.E.A. (mathematical modeling and methods in economics) from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Ph.D. in economics from Rice University. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal. His research interests include cost allocation, externality (the creation of externalities), climate change and chaos theory.
