Biography

A CIRANO Associate Researcher since 2007, Elena Panova is Researcher at the Toulouse School of Economics.

Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from Toulouse 1 University Capitole, she uses microeconomic theory to address questions in different fields of economics: regulation of natural monopolies, network formation, cost sharing in networks, political economy. She also works, since recently, in the field of experimental economics.
