Researcher and CIRANO Fellow since 2003, André Blais is a full professor in the Department of Political Science at the Université de Montréal.
He holds a PhD in political science from York University. He is the principal investigator of the Canadian Election Study and holds the Université de Montréal Research Chair in Electoral Studies.
