A CIRANO Associate Researcher since 1996, Michel Moreaux is Emeritus Professor of economics at the Toulouse 1 University Capitole. He is also Honorary Member of the Institut universitaire de France, Research Director at THE Toulouse School of Economics, Associate Fellow at THE Laboratoire d’économie des ressources naturelles (LERNA) and the International Journal of Industrial Organization.

Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the Toulouse 1 University Capitole, his research focuses on industrial economics as well as on the economics of the environment and natural resources.
