Biography

Michel Moreaux holds a Ph.D. in economics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. He is a emeritus professor of economics at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. He is also honorary member of the Institut universitaire de France, Research Director at IDEI (Institut d'économie industrielle), Associate Fellow at CIRANO, LERNA (Laboratoire d’Economie des Ressources Naturelles) and the International Journal of Industrial Organization. His research focuses on industrial economics as well as on the economics of the environment and natural resources.
