Biography

A CIRANO researcher and Fellow since 1995, Marc Blais is a professor in the Department of Psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal.

He holds a doctorate in psychology from Université Montréal. The research projects directed by Marc Blais over the past ten years have focused mainly on human motivation and social psychology applied to physical and mental health problems in the areas of work (stress, burnout and quality of life at work, etc.) and health intervention (motivation to change, maintaining and integrating changes, etc.).
