Biography

A CIRANO Associate Researcher and Fellow since 2010, David Ettinger is Professor of Economics at Paris Dauphine University. He is also Head of Laboratoire d’économie de Dauphine (LEDa).

Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences, specialist in microeconomics and game theory, he works on limited rationality, auction theory, industrial organization and incentives. This more applied work deals with the privatization of freeway companies, microcredit, and takeover bids.
