A CIRANO Researcher and Fellow since 2015, Main Researcher of the theme World Economy, Julien Martin is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the École des sciences de la gestion of the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is also affiliated with ENSAE-CREST, a researcher at CEPR and serves as an associate editor for the European Economic Review.
Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics, University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, his research interests are related to international trade and macroeconomics. His research exploits firm-level data to examine various topics including international economics, corporate taxation, and urban economics.
