The 2004 ESA North American Meeting will be held at the Westward Look Resort, November 4-7, 2004. The Westward Look will extend to you a group rate of $120.00 US per night, single or double occupancy. These rates will be honoured three days prior and three days following the scheduled dates of the conference. All rates are subject to state sales and bed taxes currently totalling 7.5%. The Westward Look has established October 2nd, 2004 as a cut-off date for making reservations. Reservations may be made after this date at the regular resort rates if space is available. Individuals may cancel or change their reservations up to 14 days prior to their arrival with out penalty. Reservations that are cancelled with in 14 days will be charged one night room and tax. For you information, the Westward Look Resort recently added Wayport high-speed wireless internet access throughout the 80-acre property. Wayport service now allows guests to connect to the Web, email and corporate networks from anywhere on the property. You may contact the Reservations Department by telephone at 1-800-722-2500 or e-mail at reservations@westwardlook.com and identify yourself as part of the Economic Science Association in order to reserve your accommodation under this group rate. The rooms at the westward look are very large and can quite easily accommodate two people. The room rates for the conference hotel are the same for single or double occupancy.
